SHINY Approach SHINY can tackle just about any project, large or small, but we like to approach all projects the same way. Firstly we like to get to know our clients and their needs - so every SHINY project begins with a Kickstart Meeting. The Kickstart Meeting could be as simple as a phone call but we've found that the more personal attention we show our clients, the more smoothly the projects tend to go. The Kickstart Meeting serves as a time for us to set solid goals and allows us to go away and create a timeframe for project completion, broken down by phase. You, the client, are then kept fully apprised of the situation as we develop solutions for you. This is done via the "Client Section" of SHINYNewMedia.com. SHINY clients are able to log in to see how their project is coming along, revisit initial design comps, and even see their invoice online at project completion.
